At SWIP, we are committed to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. As such, anyone wishing to purchase and install our insulation systems must become a SWIP-carded installer.
This requirement ensures that every installer:
- Gains a thorough understanding of our system,
- Completes best-practice training,
- Understands and adheres to compliance standards.
The SWIP Carding Process
Step 1: Attend our Free Online Training Session
If you are looking to install our system, you must attend one of SWIP’s free 2.5-hour Installer-focused online training sessions. These sessions are held monthly, with dates available and regularly updated on our website.
- If you’d like to attend, complete the online training registration form on our website.
- Once enrolled, you’ll receive a link to join the session the day before it begins.
These sessions are designed to answer your technical questions and prepare you for the installation process.
Step 2: Apply for a Temporary Card
Upon completing the training, you’ll receive an onboarding email with all the useful information including a link to apply for a temporary card. This card allows you to purchase the materials needed for your first installation. The application form is available on our website.
Step 3: Calculate and Order Materials
Use our materials calculator to get an idea of the quantities required for your project. Feel free to confirm your individual project needs with our Technical team and place your order with our Sales team. Information on how to place an order will be available in the Onboarding email post-training.
Step 4: Begin Installation with Technical Support
During your first installation, our Technical Support team will assist you. They are available via WhatsApp, email, and the mobile numbers listed on our website and will guide you throughout the process. Once the installation is complete, they will sign off on your work.
Step 5: Apply for a Permanent Card
After your first installation has been approved, you can apply for a permanent card. This grants you an ongoing access to purchase SWIP materials and valuable support from our Technical team.
