Based in Liverpool, Ben Ako is co-founder of Thermvo, a growing insulation business supporting homeowners, landlords and property developers across Liverpool and the North West.

Thermvo starts with the property rather than the product. Its survey-led approach considers the building’s construction and condition, where heat may be escaping, the customer’s priorities and the practical implications of any work.

Where internal wall insulation is appropriate, the team recommends a targeted solution based on the needs of the individual property – not a one-size-fits-all approach.
