By pressing submit you confirm that I have received thorough and adequate training in respect to the installation of the SWIP RIR System, to include the following aspects:
- Site surveillance and suitability for the SWIP RIR System
- Initial preparation work
- SWIP Insulation installation & Hybrid Options
I confirm that I understand the importance of the following issues:
- ACOPS certificate in gas awareness
- Only Gas Safe registered installers are legally able to perform work on gas appliances
- All electrical work must be carried out by a person registered to the 17th edition of Part P
- Air tightness and ventilation issues
- Insulation being installed correctly

I hereby agree to provide notification to SWIP LTD of the first three instances on which I will install the SWIP RIR System in order to allow site supervision and installation inspection
