Dear customers,

We’re excited to share the updates we’ve implemented within our Warranty application process and to provide submission guidelines. To ensure efficiency and user-friendliness, you can now upload more images of your installation at once, and chat with our team post-submission if you have any queries. The applications should be submitted as previously through the Warranty forms on our website.

Please remember that it is mandatory to apply for a SWIP warranty for each installation before applying for a Qualitymark Protection 25-year Insurance Backed Guarantee (IBG).

You will need your operative installer number, which will be sent to you via email once your first installation is authorised by our technical support team.

To help us evaluate and process your application quickly, please follow the guidelines below:

  • Pre, Mid and Post-install pictures will need to be attached to the warranty application via the forms on the website.
  • The images must demonstrate the evidence of the system being used.
  • Upload as many photos as you can (up to 30). We recommend uploading a maximum of 30 detailed photos covering all stages of the installation, with a focus on the mid-install. This helps us address any issues promptly.

Please note that the more detailed and high-quality images you provide, the quicker our Quality and Compliance team can evaluate your installation, resolve any potential issues, and process your application.

If you need any support with your installation, you can contact our Technical Support while on the job, and the team can run through any questions you have via a WhatsApp video call.

Please make sure and check that all details are correct when completing the application form as any amendments that need rectifying will incur a charge of £10.00.

If you have any questions after submitting your application, simply use the chat link in your confirmation email. We’ll respond within 48 hours.
