Year-end Updates

Dear Valued Customers,

As the year draws to a close, we want to keep you informed about our year-end delivery schedule and office hours to ensure a smooth transition into 2024.

1. The last day to place orders for deliveries in the current year will be Friday, December 15, 2023. This cut-off date will allow us to make every effort to process and fulfil your orders efficiently.
2. Please note that our last delivery day for the current year will be Thursday, December 21, 2023. We kindly request your understanding that no further deliveries will be scheduled between December 22, 2023, and January 2, 2024, to accommodate the holiday season.
3. Our offices will be open to receive and process orders for 2024 until 12 pm on Friday, December 22.
4. Our offices will reopen at 8 am on Tuesday, January 2, and normal delivery operations will resume. If you wish to receive a load-and-go delivery from our Birmingham depot on this day, please ensure these orders are placed before 11 am on Friday, December 22.
5. Normal deliveries will then resume on Wednesday, January 3, 2024, ensuring that your orders are promptly attended to in the new year.
6. Additionally, please note that the last SWIP Internal Wall Insulation (IWI) and Room in Roof (RIR) Installer-focused training will be held on December 15, 2023. The first training course in the new year will commence on January 19, 2024.
